I was inspired to create a blog about food/cooking and sharing recipes...also photographing food, which i like to do!
"It's all about the topping" is a phrase coined in my family by my cousin(s) in regard to our grandmothers sweet potato casserole. It is a Dyson/Bragewitz holiday staple... It's not the holidays without GranGran's sweet potato casserole with brown sugar topping!
Hopefully this will inspire me to cook more often thats not from a box!

Yay Melanie! It is all about the topping. I love that dessert...I mean side dish. I made another pie tonight. What can I say, I'm addicted to pies. Can't wait to see your photos, I know they'll be awesome!
